Random Acts of Elevator Music

The Melbourne Fringe Festival is on a the moment. I looked up the website to see what was on and found there was something called Random Acts of Elevator Music. Huh? I followed the link...

Today had been the first day of 2 weeks of performances and seems to have gone quite well.

Well after 20 mins of playing to approving punters, the nice security guard said we should get permission first and could we please leave. He didnt really know what we were doing or why he should evict us and so with a bemused smile on everyones faces we parted ways.

I do hope they make it to the Reserve Bank of Australia building, where I'm working. I'll have to keep checking their daily blog updates to see what blocks they are targetting.

Update: They did come to the office, but found the security guards, with their stern faces and guns a bit too intimidating, so beat a hasty retreat - Don't go here says their blog. Shame.
